PREMIUM SUPPORT IS NOT INCLUDED

We have changed the conditions for Groovy Menu support, and start since 17 January 2020 we not provide more for FREE Extended Support and help with Integration.

We analyzed and came to the conclusion that now the capacities of our small team are shifted to a large extent to customization and assistance with menu integration, rather than to the implementation of the proposed improvements by our customers and the development of the product as a whole.

14 DAYS MONEY BACK

Therefore, we made a fair decision to lower the price, updated and supplemented the documentation, create video tutorials, added a 14-day loyal money back, and changed the conditions for support. Premium support is currently not included in the product price.

PRICE DROP

The good news is, Groove menu has become even more affordable with a new price. Now Groovy Menu cost $20 (premium support is not included!)

HOW I CAN GET SUPPORT

If you need support, we can offer you the following

1. Manual integration  – $35

In the case, that the automatic integration does not work properly, and for manual integration you do not have enough time and experience.

2. Customization Services – $50 per/hour

 

We also have a backlog where you can offer your development ideas and send links to bugs that we will solve as part of iterations and release of new versions.

PURCHASED BEFORE?

For those customers who bought Groovy before January 17 we keep their premium support. You will receive all the necessary assistance as part of your plan (6 or 12-month support).
